If you prefer to use your existing RCS agent with our platform, we provide a seamless integration process. This article guides you through the necessary steps to retrieve and provide the required credentials from the Google RBM Console.
Requirements
To integrate your RCS agent, you will need to provide:
- Agent Project Number
- JSON Security Key
These credentials are essential for a successful integration and can be obtained from the Google RBM Console.
Step-by-Step Guide
Retrieving the Agent Project Number
- Log in to your Google RBM Console.
- Navigate to the Agent Profile for the respective agent.
- In the Overview Section, locate and note down the Agent Project Number.
Generating the JSON Security Key
- Within the same Google RBM Console, go to the Service Account section for your agent.
- Click on “Create Key.”
- A JSON file will be automatically generated and downloaded. This is your JSON Security Key.
- Providing the Credentials to [Your Platform Name]
Sharing the Credentials
After obtaining the Agent Project Number and JSON Security Key. Please share the Agent Project Number and attach the JSON Security Key file with the support team.
Caution
Ensure the Agent Project Number and JSON Security Key are for the same RCS agent.
The JSON Security Key is sensitive information. Handle and share it securely.
