Filters

Filters are applied to Segmentation Lists to create targetted campaigns to a selected pool of users that meet defined criteria.

Note

In order for Filters to be applied to Segmentation Lists, columns in the List must be well defined and contain descriptive names.

This allows for the search and indexing to be executed at the moment of segmentation.

Adding a Filter

Once a Segmentation List has been created, use the Add Filter button to create Segments based on Filters. A modal window will be displayed, allowing you to Add Filters to the Fields depending on the type, detected or selected at creation time.

In this example we are adding a Filter to display Subscribers with PLAN_ID of 40:

Once you click on the ‘Continue' button, the Filter is applied to the Subscription List and only the data for the Users that match the criteria will be displayed.

In this case, the number of users went down from 250,000 records to 231,883.
