This is one of the platform’s most utilized feature - the Email Broadcast.
To access the Blasting Broadcasts section in the platform:
Open the platform’s Main Menu
Click on the Blasting option
Click the Email Broadcast option in the sub-menu

Displays all the past EmailBroadcast campaigns that have been Delivered, including a few stats for each:
Message Delivery Rate
Expected Messages
Sent Messages
Remaining Messages
% Sent
Bounces → messages that were rejected by the destination ISP
Complaints → messages that have been marked for complaint by the recipient with their ISP

Status
Using the Status link an active broadcast can be suspended temporarily or canceled permanently (please note that some broadcasts may show a % Sent greater than 100% in cases where messages have been retried or a fallback method was used)
Navigate to the main Email Broadcast section of the platform

To create a new Email Broadcast, click on the New Broadcast button displayed on the toolbar:

This will open the NewEmail Broadcast screen for configuration

When creating a new Email Broadcast, here are the configuration fields:

The Subscription Lists contain the users that will receive the broadcast. You may:
A single Subscription List can be populated in multiple Campaigns. (i.e. an Email Subscription Campaign can add users to a Subscription List, and then use the Email Broadcast tool periodically to message the Subscribed users.) |
I want to use and discard a file |
Select this option if you wish to use a file containing the list of email addresses but not create a new Distribution List. When using this option you can specify a CSV or xlsx file (optionally compressed as zip) that includes more than one field.

This is the message that is inside of the Email body. You can use the WYSIWYG editor to include rich formatting in the messages, and reference any personalized parameters in the recipientsfile using their names on the file header. For example, if the content of a CSV file is

Each user will receive a personalized message including the field values from the .csv file. In this example the Email received by the recipient would be the following:

Attachment |
Additional content to be included in the email body via Dropbox. NoteNote that this content will not be included as an actual Email attachment. A link to the file will be included inline so that recipients can click the link and download the content |
Throttle |
Control the speed and time of the delivery of the Broadcast. Uncheck the No throttle option if you wish to throttle the delivery of the Broadcast. Enter the number of messages and the minute period in which those messages should be delivered. |
Starts On |
By default Now is checked. Uncheck the Now option to schedule the delivery for a later date and time |
Periodic |
Check the Periodic option to schedule periodic deliveries. Using this feature you can program your broadcasts to be redelivered on Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly periods depending on your requirements |
Once finished configuring the Email Broadcast, click on the Preview button to see the list of all the messages that will be delivered to the Subscription List users. Once you validate the fields and delivery, click on the Send button to activate the Email Broadcast.
You will be directed to the Main Email Broadcast Screen where you will see delivery information of the Email Broadcast in real-time.
TIPS
Note
To insert images in your mail click on Insert, Insert Image, and then enter the image URL.
Note
Include the text {UNSUBSCRIBE} to include an automatic unsubscribe link anywhere in the body of the email.
