The platform consists of 3 major components. You should take advantage of all three to get the most of the platform
SDKs: Integrate your apps with the Mobile SDKs. Our SDKs expose the platform to your app so you can send messages to your users
APIs: Use the APIs to integrate additional messaging channels. Through the Digital Engagement APIs, you can integrate external customer databases, trigger messages with events from your software applications. Our APIs help you enhance your app and software applications by adding a messaging and engagement element for their users.
User Interface: Manage subscribers, design messages, templates, configure campaigns, and visualize data through our web interface.
